She helps growing online businesses run more smoothly. She works alongside founders to put the right systems, structure, and accountability in place so the business can grow without everything depending on them.
She started working online at 18 and has been in the industry ever since. She spent six years as the COO of a founder-led training company, managed operations for a healthcare staffing organization with more than 100 staff, and coordinated education expos across 23+ countries while working with contractors on three continents.
Today, she runs TAP OBM, supporting established coaches, consultants, and online educators. She has also completed an intensive international OBM training program and began working toward accreditation in 2026.
Her approach is practical and hands-on. She doesn’t just talk about how a business should run—she brings experience from working inside real businesses, solving problems, creating order, and helping teams work better together.
